HOW TO USE:
Use on pre-lightened hair
Mix 1 to 3 Brass Kicker capfuls with a bottle of Blondor Liquid Toner
For each cap, mix 2 capfuls of peroxide (ratio 1:2)
Mix the formula with the peroxide (1:2 ratio)
Apply to towel-dried hair
Let sit for up to 30 minutes, without heat
